BED YOGA FOR DEPRESSION
My yoga practice has been such a huge source of comfort to me during my own healing journey with depression. It has taught me how to sit with difficult feelings and to really accept and love myself unconditionally in the present moment. Because of this, the theme of today's class is really close to my heart.
