WHEELCHAIR YOGA: GENTLE CHAIR YOGA PRACTICE

There are many reasons someone might need to use a wheelchair, but I hope whatever your situation, that this gentle yoga practice will help you feel energized and more connected to your body. This entire yoga practice is done seated in a chair (or wheelchair), and you might like to have a yoga strap to modify our Tadasana Pavanamukhtasana (standing wind-relieving pose) variation. If you don’t have a strap, you can find my favorite one here 👉🏼 http://amzn.to/2jMTVqA

This class focuses on relaxation by using awareness of the energetic body, and I think anyone can benefit from this. Even if you’re not currently using a wheelchair, I hope you’ll give this gentle chair yoga practice a try!
