Chair Mobility Exercises for Beginners | Guest Teacher Move With Marcia
Today we have a special guest teacher! Dr. Marcia of Move with Marcia has created this session that’s all about building strength and body awareness!
You'll need a sturdy chair, a yoga block or thick book, and about 15 minutes. Of course, you're welcome to play around with blankets, cushions, adding weights, or reducing reps. Choose whatever options set you up for success.
