Accessibility and inclusivity have been at the core of my work since I started teaching yoga in 2015. The truth is that not all poses work for all people, and that’s okay! I offer lots of pose options and practice variations in my classes so there’s freedom for you to choose what works best for your unique mind and body.

Relief after just one session.
These powerful practices have been around for thousands of years and it’s because they WORK. Yoga regulates your nervous system which can reduce pain and fatigue, increase energy, relax and focus the mind and promote better sleep after just one session. Imagine the kind of results you could get from longterm practice!

Practices you can do anywhere, anytime (even in bed!)
All classes are pre-recorded so you can watch them on-demand from anywhere around the world. And most of my classes can be practiced in bed!

MEET THE INSTRUCTOR

Hi! I’m Rachel

I'm a certified trauma-informed yoga teacher and reiki master with a focus on supporting you through things like chronic illness and nervous system dysregulation. The style of yoga I teach is gentle, integrative and accessible. All bodies are unique, and I want to help you find the right poses and practices for yours while also exploring the spiritual and lifestyle traditions of yoga.

Along with my training, I also have firsthand experience living with chronic illness, dysautonomia and PTSD, so I know what it’s like to deal with the challenges that come with them. I draw on all of this knowledge to create unique blended yoga practices that regulate your nervous system so you can find balance and healing.
